Before launching her own brokerage, Debby served as a REALTOR and then Associate Broker under an Attorney/Real Estate Broker based in Santa Barbara. Her real estate career is backed by over 30 years in the legal field, where she excelled as a Senior Paralegal and Regional Litigation and Marketing Manager. This extensive background provides her with a heightened understanding of contract law, strategic marketing, and business that directly benefits her clients.

 

Beyond her California Real Estate Broker's license, Debby holds professional certifications from the University of California at Santa Barbara in Paralegal Studies, Mediation & Negotiation, and Human Resources Management. Her extensive professional credentials also include past certifications as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Military Relocation Professional, and NAR Green Designee. She has also served as a California Notary Public, Certified Loan Signing Agent, and Board Member of the Santa Barbara Paralegal Association.
